Bio

Anne W. Salisbury brings a deep background in complex litigation and represents clients in a variety of disputes, involving real estate, media law and general commercial disputes. She has successfully represented commercial and residential building owners, real estate developers, and cooperative and condominium boards; and cases involving breach of contract, fraud, construction defects and breaches of fiduciary duty. She has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in trademark and copyright infringement cases, as well as First Amendment disputes. She has accumulated extensive experience in both state and federal courts throughout the country, as well as in national and international arbitrations and mediations.

Acting as lead counsel on a variety of complex trademark and intellectual property cases, Anne is frequently called upon as an expert source on the subject of emerging media law issues. Anne has also participated on the litigation team for a high-level copyright case in front of the U.S. Supreme Court. Prior to joining Guzov, Anne served in the litigation department of a prominent Wall Street firm, and has comprehensive appellate, deposition, courtroom, and client consulting experience. She has extensive litigation experience in representing both Boards and Sponsors in a wide range of residential real estate litigations.
